Michelle, I have had 1 high prolactin level followed by a normal value. So my doc said it was a fluke. I have also had problems with headaches and visual disturbances. A few years ago I had swollen optic discs (usually caused by increased intercranial pressure.) I have often wondered if the two are related because my PCOS symptoms started around the same time as the vision problems. I follow up with an opthamologist every 6 months and have my visual fields tested. From my understanding visual fields and color vision as usually the first to go. Are you experiencing similiar problems?
