Hi Tangelo, First of all, I don't have personal experiencce w nat P creme. My opinion in general: P is readily absorbed through the skin, from the vagina etc. This route of administration has the advantage of P escaping the liver and not being metabolized before able to act. Also, the absorption is more prolonged and the levels are smoother in the body. Nat P creme has to have the amount of P that is enough to transform the estrogenized endometrium into secretory phase. For that approximately 100 mg/day is needed. Most of the P cremes I have read about do not have enough P to do the trick. For your info Sam
