I too was recently diagnosed with PCOS and I knew I had it years before the official tests. I also had trouble conceiving and was placed on clomid. I was lucky enough to conceive after the first dose. I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy who is completely normal. Two years later he is super intelligent and still no signs of defets. So my advice is relax, take the clomid and have fun making that baby. (If you think about conceiving during the act... it'll take longer to conceive.) Good luck!
