I have used Pro-Gest by Emerita (ww.progest.com) for the most part but I have at times used others with equal success. The important thing is to make sure they have enough, but not too much, progesterone in them and the accepted recomendation is 450 to 500 mg per ounce. I don't know what the laws are in the UK about this. Are you like Canada and need a prescription for progesterone cream? Even so, I think you can still order it on the web and have it mailed to you. Also, it would be a good idea to get Dr. John Lee's book on menopause (http://www.johnleemd.com) which will explain how hormones work and how progesterone should be used. His books on perimenopause and breast cancer are also excellent. Good luck! BJ, Portland,Oregon
