need advice on overlapping conditions

I have been diagnosed with Intercistial Cystitis, Irritable bowel, and PCOS. Anyone else out there in the same boat??? What works for you and what doesn't?? I am on birth conrol pill, spiroaldactone, and elmiron for my bladder. I am researching into MEtformin, but my doctor doesn't think it applies to me cuz I'm not obsese. Can anyone share?
