Baby Aspirin during pregnancy

I have learned that it is helpful for many pcos-ers to take baby aspirin (81 mg) once a day during early pregnancy to prevent blood clotting. Do you have info or links that explain when this should be stopped? I have heard that in the last trimester, no aspirin should be consumed, but how long before that can I continue?

Thanks!
