i was recently diagnosed with pcos and my family practioner mentioned depo which really is just a shot of progesterone. it can stop menstration, cause weight gain and progesterone also can transform into free testosterone which we with pcos have plenty of. if you are being trated with aldactone and metaformin it can adversely affect the results you would get so no, not a good idea
