I took the Glucophage 500mgXR for a few month and didn't see any results. My doctor didn't talk about increasing the dose either. Although I have heard other women getting results as soon as they started taking it. The important thing is to be patient. Every women is different and each drug works differently on her. Hang in there and you'll find the right dose for you.
