For those of you who took glucophage and could not take it because of stomach problems, try glucophage XR. When I took glucophage the first time I thought I needed to go to the ER because of severe stomach pains and diahrrea. Every single time I ate something I needed to run to the bathroom. It was terrible when we went out to eat. I stopped taking it after about a month. I just could not handle the runs. After two children,with the help of clomid, my muscles down there were not like they used to be, if you know what I mean. I decided to try glucophage xr because of the postings here. I took my first pill last week and waited for the diahrrea. Took my second, third and fourth pill, still no diahrrea or stomach upset. I am still waiting. Could use a good cleansing. LOL.
