Emily, I totally agree with you. I was diagnosed with PCOS three years ago. I have been vegetarian for years (6-7) but have always kept dairy products in my diet. In the past few months my husband and I have eliminate ALL animal products from our diet and have gone on a strict wholefood vegan diet. It's been like a miracle. My skin has cleared up and I have lost three dress sizes!!!!! I have also included a food state multivitamin in to my diet and find it boosts my energy so much. I am lookeing to get pregnant soon and feel better than ever!!!!

Best of luck! Karen
