I go to an Repro Endo. and I am on Clomid, he told me that there is
only a 5% increase of having twins with Clomid. Triplets, etc.. the
risk is not increased at all. He said that i am as likely to have
triplet,as any other person without PCOS. Hope this helps...

And only one. the second time I wanted to get pregnant it took longer oh about 4 months and three pills. Another boy. one thing about clomid it makes you have hot flashes.I would not worry about twins. Highly unlikely.
