I think you need to take your own advice. Victoria is right when she says
diet and exercise help PCOS. And you CAN have PCOS without presenting
cysts, as Sally said. Cysts come and go.
Please don't rely on ANY one site for ANYTHING. That goes for other topics
as well as PCOS.
