Um, no offense to you Grace, but Victoria is correct. Diet and exercise can help treat the symptoms of PCOS. This is an endocrine disorder (which can include normal ovaries) because the underlying cause is insulin resistence. Diet and expercise are recommended for anyone fighting PCOS. I am sure the website you mentioned is wonderful, but there is a lot of information in the medical journals that is peer-reviewed. Pre-diabetes is the new buzzword now, and there are new articles about it each day. Perhaps you would like to visit pcos for a comprehensive list of symptoms and clinical diagnosis: http://www.pcosupport.org/medical/whatis.php#symptoms. We strive every day for respect and courteousness on this website. No offense, but please read your posts before you send them. Telling someone else not to post their opinion or thought is not respectful. Please try to be positive and supportive, we all really need that. No offense, we would love to hear any new ideas you have, and new websites you've found; but we must be careful how we address the other members of this forum. We are all fighting this awful disease, and we all need support. If you don't agree with someone, that's fine. But please be kind. luck, SusieQ
