No offense, but please don't mislead people by what you believe to be true. Polycystic ovary syndrome IS the presence of cysts on the ovary, which are usually and I say usually eggs that have not developed, but have turned cystic. Please do NOT give information out here to vulnerable people unless you KNOW things based on facts, and not assumptions.
