It is really not much to worry about...I have learned that the REAL
problem is when we DON'T get our periods.. We NEED to have them once
every 3 months minimum. Our bodies are meant to have
menstruation...PCOS
doesn't necessarily mean that someone will get cancer. It's when we
DON'T have our periods is when the problems arise. My OBGYN told me
this about a year ago, so don't worry! Just make sure you are having
regular periods and your
regular annual pap and pelvis exam..these are VITAL!
