Hi Tracey. I am on 1500 mg of glucophage / day and have been told by docs and have also studied to NOT add folic acid or zinc. Since PCOS girls like us don't menstruate regularly (and myself I don't without prometrium), you can acutally acquire toxicity levels in your blood.
