I think it's true that everyone's response to BCPs will be different-- even if we all have PCOS. I for one, can't tolerate it. But one of my best friends (who is also a PCOS gal) can't live without it. Monophasics are supposed to be better, and those like Yasmin with an anti-androgen component, the best. I cdefinately do my fair share of complaining about how horrible I feel on BCPs. It's nice that others don't have the same response. It gives me hope that I'll find something that will help me one day...
