If i come off the pill my hair starts to fall out again almost immediately which is a nightmare. I find with dianette after about 2 weeks my hair starts to feel thicker again, and nearly back to normal. Apparently it does grow back if you stay on the pill for long enough, although there are side effects to the pill louise
