Hello, the hair on my head is getting really thin (androgenic alopecia) and I would like to know what you think is the best treatment to stop further hair loss, and to encourage new hair to regrow. I have been on metformin (1500mg) for 2.5 months, will this drug help to stop the hair loss? Or should I also take some sort of anti-androgen? >From your experience are any of the drugs more effective for hair loss problems than others?
