Can anyone tell me whether Saw Palmetto helped with cystic acne as well as thinning hair on the head? I will also ask at the main PCOS forum. One more thing, I also have a history of endometriosis. I read, on the internet, that Saw Palmetto is estrogenic -- so that in itself makes me wonder whether I should try the Saw Palmetto because estrogen flares endo. I forgot to add that I have also been on cont. bc pills for a few years -- stopped using bc pills 3 1/2 months ago and still have not had a period but am experiencing severe cystic acne now :-(.
