I think it can take some time before you see results with Glucophage. Medication also is not the only factor. It's also possible that you could benefit from a higher dosage.
My girlfriend has had weight loss and less erratic periods while on Glucophage. Glucophage also reduces the likelihood of serious PCOS complications.
