My last fasting insulin blood test came back as 59 after 16 hours with no food, so my doctor started me on Metformin/ Glucophage 850mg twice a day. I do feel a lot better and will be having a check up in July. I just wondered how long it would be before the insulin levels fall back to within normal range?
