First I want to thank everyone for responding. It seems that the general consensus regarding the side effects I had from the Metformin is that they were caused by intake of alcohol. However, I am still feeling the same as I did before and I have not had any alcohol since Friday night. I am constantly dizzy, I can't look people in the eyes when I speak to them, I feel nauseated and can hardly eat. I spoke with my fertility specialist yesterday and she told me that instead of taking the whole pill at once to break it into quarters and take a quarter three times daily. I haven't taken any since Sunday and I still feel horrible. Do you think I should visit my family physician and have him look into this or I am just worrying for no reason? Thanks Again, Jennifer
