I was taking 500mg of Metformin at breakfast, with good results except my bedtime sugars were a little high. Switched to dinnertime, and haven't had a good night's sleep yet :-(. Last night it was 4 am. It's wired, but not a good kind of wired. Jittery, like when I've had too much coffee on an empty stomach. I wonder which is worse for my health -- sleepless nights or blood sugars at 30+ normal...
