When I was on spiro, by the 6th month I saw a significant improvement regarding new growth and control of existing hair. I have also read that it takes at least 6 months, but by then I had already seen HUGE results. Wish I could be on it now... we are ttc and all the hair + has come back. Best of luck, Fernanda
