Since I don't seem to be making much progress by staying on regular medications, I have recently started seeing a Chinese doctor three times per week for accupunture and accupressure. So far the results have been good for both my skin and periods. My goal is to get off of the met, bcp's, acne antibiotic, and loose the 20lbs that the bcp's were kind enough to help add to my body. So if anyone has been to see such a doctor and had any success (or didn't have success but learned something valuable), please share.
