I dont know anything about alesse but I doubt glucophage would interfear with its effectiveness. Antibiotics are the culprits known for messing with birth control pills, and as all birth controls are somewhat similar I would imagine that it would have no different effect than something like ortho tri cyclen.

I am on glucophage xr and switch between ortho tri cyclen and ortho cyclen and I havent had any problems in the past year and a half that Ive been on both.
