Dr. Sam, Thanks for all your help. I have stopped taking the spiro. The doctor does an ultrasound before the HCG shot, never after. For the last three months I have gotten the HCG shot right after the US. He has never done an US on D5-7, usually it is day 10 or 11. The doctor says that there is a 99% chance that the HCG shot works, so there is no need to check with US after the shot. In your opinion, is this true? Thanks again!
