My hubby and I had the same problems (PCOS and low sperm count) We have 2 beautiful girls. There is still hope for the two of you.

There are some things that can help improve your hubby's sperm count. He should take extra vitamin C on a daily basis and wear boxer shorts. LOL. Boxer shorts are better because the testicles dont get overheated. Also - hot showers and baths are not recommended either. Gotta keep the guys cool. LOL.

It's kinda funny. My hubby had to do these things to help us have the family we wanted. Now however, we are done having children. He had a vasectomy in December and he STILL has a sperm count!!! We are really hoping he doesnt have to go back in for the same procedure again!!
