Hi Meg,
not everyone has side effects. I had none. So I guess I am part of the
70%. Best thing is to start off on a very low dose. Say 1/2 of one
tablet with your largest meal of the day. If that is ok and no side
effects you can then take 1/2 each at your two largest meals, and build
up. If you do have major side effects with 1/2 tablet, then reduce it
to 1/4. Keep at that level did the side effects minimise before going
up to the next dose. People who do have side effects may take a couple
of weeks to normalise. However, you may not have side effects. You
won't know till you try.
