Hi! Please don't get discouraged. After more than 2 years of diligent efforts, my husband and I are expecting a Christmas baby. I was diagnosed with PCOS after gaining 100lbs with my first son. Clomid, Glucophage and a VERY low carb diet along with working out 2 times/day at a heart rate of 165 for 45 min each time helped us to arrive where we are at. I was very focused and my infertility Dr. was extremely encouraging as well. The low carb diet I found to be the most beneficial in our efforts, and HIGHLY satisfying compared to low calorie and low fat diets I've been on in the past. Good Luck!! It'll happen, it just may take a lot of time and patience.
