Hi,

Getting pregnant is no F1 race. Keep in mind that there is only one occasion each month that you can achieve pgy. The actual chance of pregnancy is between 10-15% per month for healthy people. If you arre under 30, there is no reason to push things hard. You could stay on 850 mg for several month and monitor your ovulation. If its +, no need to increase the dose. After min 6 mo on metformin is needed, before adding clomid to the Rx. Naturally you (and your husband/partner) should have a complete fertility work-up. For your info
