Hi, I keep hearing that birth control pills are bad for pcosers. I'm sorry to ask this as I'm sure It's been discussed ad nauseum but I still don't get it!!!!!! Why is it bad to use a birth control pill such as Yasmin to help control the hairy symptoms? If I'm following a lower carb-diet and exersising to help control my IR Isn't that doing all I can to help control/treat my condition? (other than the insulin med). I so much want to remain on the BCP because it does help me considerably with the hair thing. Thanks for your opinions, Sandra
