Hi Dana,

D&C is one of the simpliest procedures in Ob/Gyn. Involves the dilatation (D) of the cervix and curettage (C ) scraping the inner layer of the womb. It maybe performed under general anaesthesia (you are sleeping) or in local (you are sober - but don't feel a thing). What do you think that causes you to be sterile? It used to be a standard procedure of infertility investigation several years ago. For your info
