Excessive Weight and Infertility Worries

I was diagnosed three years ago with PCOS when I gained 65 pounds in 3-4 months without changing my normal diet. I have lost about 30 of those 65 pounds but it has been a constant struggle. In order to lose any weight I must exercise twice a day and eat a low calorie diet. I feel like since I have been diagnosed there is not one thing that goes into my mouth without me thinking about how this is going to affect me and my weight. I have been on glucophage for three years and I think it has helped me maintain weight but not lose anymore(I am about 30 pounds overweight now). Does anyone have any advice?

Also my husband and I are thinking about trying to start a family in the next few months. I just went off birth control this month in order to see if I get my period on my own (still waiting!!). Basically I am very stressed out that I am uncertain wether or not I will be able to conceive. I feel like I am waiting to then wait some more and see what happens. Help?
