After reading some of these posts I'm am more confused than ever about the right meds to take and whether to stay on birth control. Right now I take Ortho-tricyclen and have no side affects (that I know of) from it. I know I don't want any more children but I'm afraid to put a permanent stop to that just in case I change my mind. I like BCP's but if they aren't good for PCOS then I'd rather not take them. Any suggestions?
