I am on Spironalactone and my Blue Cross insurance covers it. As a matter of fact, when I use the mail in pharmacy (Merck-Medco) I get a 3 months supply at 1/2 of a 1 month copay. My copay at a local pharmacy is $15, through Merck-Medco I pay $7.50 for a 3 month supply. If you have Blue Cross check with your representative about mail in pharmacies.
