At first the gluco and ortho straightened it out but then I would have a week of light flow and then another week (sometimes two) of a very heavy flow. She thought a stronger bc might even it out. As far as exercise I try to walk everyday. And with diet I limit my carbs. I also have Fibromyalgia which makes it difficult to do any really strong exercising. With the threat of a flare up.
