Yes I have tried it (and still follow it) with great success. I've lost 8 dress sizes in the past year. I have a friend that is very strict, to the point that she has cut the majority of carbs out and she has really been struggling. I've learned moderation and how to balance the carbs with the proteins and I've been losing weight, keeping it off and I don't feel like I've had to sacrifice or give up anything. It's definitely a lifestyle change, but it's all for a good reason. Good luck.
