I have been on Yasmin for about 18 months. When I first started taking
it my weight went down. I looked and felt wonderful. After about three
months on the pills, however, my weight started going up. I too
exercise daily and don't eat very much. I have put on about 20 pounds
and can't seem to get rid of it. Regardless of what I do, I don't gain
any more but I can't take off the weight either. My doctor brushed the
problem off (because my BMI is "normal" though it is on the very high
side of normal and not what I am happy with) which was very frustrating.
I haven't tried anything outside of diet changes and increased exercise
as a solution.
