Fasting Insulin came back normal? Now What? Confused.....Help

I got lab work back and the nurse said my fasting insulin was fine...I then I asked how could that be? I then asked... am I truly insulin resistant, should I have this thing called a Glucose Tolerance Test? She said since the fasting insulin test was fine there was no need to to do a Glucose test.

They said that I could take my Glucopahe now...but I'm wondering if I am Insulin resistant? I'm so confused. I have been feeling extremely tired, depressed, foggy thinking etc. for months and this is what prompted me to explore my PCO seriously. MY doc has been my R.E. for years...but should I be taking Gluco. if Im not insulin resistant? Or am I? I have had dozens of US that confirm my cysts, but now I am wondering. Lately one thing different with me is my extreme fatigue, headache and sluggishness about 1 hour after I eat, and it lasts for about 2 more hours. What is happening to me? I'm so tired of being tired.

What sort of questions do I need to be asking. Should I press for this glucose tolerance test and which one? Please any suggestions!

Sorry so long -
