Benny, You should log onto IntegraMed Conceptions. They have weekly newletters regarding infertility,ect. In the 3/6/02 newsletter there is a small article stating that metformin shows promise for PREVENTING miscarriages. I think that your miscarriage was due to the PCOS itself. Woman with PCOS are at higher risk for miscarriages and I don't think it had anything to do with metformin. Sincerely, Christie
