I remember reading a posting last year from someone that said they were tired and depressed on meds and wondered if anyone else felt the same way. For her, the problem seemed to be that she was on a tri-phasic bcp. I am on a monophasic bcp (Ovcon 50) and frequently have times when I am soooo run down, physically and emotionally. My iron levels, thyroid, blood sugar seem to be ok. I think I eat ok and try to stay active. So, lately I've been wondering if the tired/depression is due to the bcp. Has anyone else experienced this ???
