Tera, I am taking 100 mg once a day I think, I haven't been to the pharmacy yet, so I'm not sure. I had never seen anybody mention being on this so I wasn't sure how typical it was for PCOS women to be on it. My Doctor just said it was part of the treament. Thanks for responding. Nicole
