Hi Tangelo-
I bet it's your cold giving you the headache. The only thing I noticed when
I first started taking ALA was my stomach would "grumble" about twenty
minutes after I took it. This happened for about the first two or three
days and wasn't unpleasant. The hot feeling COULD be the ALA, since my
metabolism seemed to go up. I take my ALA in the morning because when I
spread it out over the day, it seemed to keep me up at night.
