There are antiandrogens that do help with the hair side. The obesity side, the best bet is an insulin sensitiser such as metformin. A lower carb diet may also help with the obesity. Are you insulin resistant? If you are, a BCP increases the risk of progression to full-blown diabetes. Plenty of info on this site.
