Did you have any side-effects? I began taking it a week ago (one a day)
and I felt a little strange. Not sure if it was me getting over my cold
or if it was the lipoic acid. I got a horrrrrrible headache one night
after taking it and very hot. Another few times after taking it, I felt
kind of light-headed and hot. Just wondering. :)
