For years she has had it removed by thermolysis, which is similar to electrolysis but is non-invasive. I have a part-time business in my home doing thermolysis on unwanted hair for both men & women, mainly women. Anyway, she asked her physician about Vaniga, who then wrote her a prescription for it. Her facial hair is much, much less & she doesn't have to visit me weekly for hair removal as she used to do prior to using Vaniga. Now, she only has appointments with me twice a month. Vaniga is not a permanent solution. A person needs to continue whatever means of hair removal previously used pre-Vaniga--just not as often. If the use of Vaniga is stopped, after a period of time hair growth would be the same as in the past. We both are very pleased with her results. I hope this information has been of help to you.
