Ijust wanted to let you know that I too have had great success with AlkaSeltzer, and within about 10 mins of taking one, all my stomach cramps disappear. I have also found that following a low fat diet incredibly successful with both the GI symptoms of met, and also weight loss (i've lost 24lbs in 2 months)

hope you're problems improve, I know how painfull they can be, but dont give up, it's all worth it in the end

good luck
