wow... potatoes.. one of our biggest 'no-no' foods!!

On another vein... I tried those new dannon smooth yogurt things... they are wonderful! add a little granola and you have a lunchtime treat worthy of the gods. Best of all, I've eaten several to test my reaction and it's all good! no bloating or headaches or anything. I'm all for it :)
